I only wear them for bed and eating breakfast. I have some dossing around home clothes which I wear during days off when not going out and when I'm off sick, like I am at the moment.

I know people that wear the same PJs during the day and night for a week. That's unhygienc IMO. Many friends think it's weird for me not to wear PJs or a dressing gown when I'm at home.
